• Financial information — trading activity, portfolio holdings, transaction history, deposits, withdrawals, and tax-related data required by BSEC, NBR, and the exchanges.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications — messages, support requests, feedback, and any other content you submit through forms, email, phone, or chat.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To open, maintain, and operate your trading and BO accounts.
• To execute trade orders, settle transactions, and meet clearing-and-settlement obligations through DSE, CSE, and CDBL.
• To comply with regulatory requirements set by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), the National Board of Revenue (NBR), the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU), and applicable Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations.
• To send transaction alerts, contract notes, account statements, research reports, and service notifications.
• To improve our website and services through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
• To prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and abuse of our services.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations. This website does not permit third-party advertising; any information shared with third parties is governed by this Privacy Policy and remains the responsibility of United Securities Limited as the merchant.

• With regulators, exchanges, depositories, and law-enforcement agencies where disclosure is required by law or by valid regulatory request.
• With our settlement banks and trading-platform providers as strictly necessary to execute and clear your trades.

• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request deletion of information that is no longer required to be retained.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors except where a guardian has opened a minor BO account in accordance with CDBL rules.
